Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item for a replacement or refund. If there are quality issues with your item, we require that you send us photos showing the issues, and we will replace the item. If you changed your mind about an item or want a different size, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us and (if applicable) for the new item. For a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Orders are submitted to production very quickly after they are placed, so it generally won’t be possible to cancel an order once it is placed, but returns and refunds would be available as described here.
