Do you make custom orders?

Yes! Please send us an email and let us know what you’re interested in, and we’ll let you know if we can do it.

Do you make club or team merchandise?

Yes!  Special pricing is available for large orders to make your cubing club or team the best outfitted they can be.  Send us an email with more information and we’ll let you know what we can do.

How long will delivery take?

We can’t guarantee arrival by Christmas at this point, but our items are worth the wait! Delivery in the US is currently taking about 2-3 weeks for most items. International deliveries are taking around 4-5 weeks, though Canada is faster.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the USA is free for all purchases over $25.  Shipping rates to other countries and for orders under $25 vary, but will be clearly displayed after you add the items to your cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout page.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to nearly all countries, EXCEPT the following:

Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe

There are occasional additional exceptions on certain items. The best way to confirm is to proceed through the checkout process.  If there are shipping issues we identify after checkout, we will reach out to you as soon as possible and promptly refund you for any items that we’re not able to ship to that destination.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, as soon as your order is processed, you will receive an invoice via email.

What is your return & refund policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied your order contact us within 14 days of receiving your item for a replacement or refund. If there are quality issues with your item, we require that you send us photos showing the issues, and we will replace the item. If you changed your mind about an item or want a different size, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the items to us and (if applicable) for the new item. For a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Sponsorships

We are currently looking to sponsor people based off their cubing-themed social media presence. We would expect that sponsored individuals promote our products and shop in a professional (not-spammy) way.

Requirements may be subject to change, but currently are:

  • Have a cubing-focused social channel
  • Average of 500 interactions (likes/comments) per post

If you meet this requirements, please send us an email at sponsorship@coolcubemerch.com with the following FOUR pieces of information:

  1. Link to your social media page
  2. Your average # of interactions per post (this should be at least 500)
  3. What you hope to get out of the sponsorship
  4. Your ideas for how you could best promote Cool Cube Merch

If you meet the requirements, you can expect to receive a response within 2 weeks.
